It’s Been Forever Again
Over at godoframen.com I draw titles that people send me. This one was sent to me by Evan.
I used a very different process than I normally do on this image. It’s a composite of multiple quick shape drawings in ink.
Then I brought all these images into photoshop, and stacked them on top of each other. I played with the blend modes, opacity, and free transforming them as I went along, and ended up with something like this.
Then I scanned around the image looking for something that looked interesting. I found this.
I then went on to cut out shapes from other parts of the image to create another character, and made some other changes. This lead to this image.
I saw this process used in Scott Robertson’s Creating Unique Environments Gnomon DVD. I highly recommend checking it out over here.
